The staff were really good, always going the extra mile and making us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and Vaporetto stop. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine and minibar. The hotel was a peaceful retreat amidst the chaos of Venice.

From the beautiful decor to the warm bakery items delivered right to your room, the hotel pays attention to the little things that make a stay memorable.
One minor issue worth mentioning is that more lighting in the rooms would have been helpful.
